emailed nash tackle on monday to ask where i could get spares for my mk4 indulgence informed them of the issue with the bedchair.
2 days later got the spares through the post no questions no charge now thats what you call customer service!!! Laughing

Thats good, however maybe they are trying to get rid of the lable NASH=TRASH. If there kit was any good in the first place then maybe it wouldnt fall apart all the time. I have a meduium tackle bag that the material went at the zip after using it four times, more than a year old so no chance of a new one and totally usless know.

had massive issues with prestige my carp porter bearings went after 14 mths ordered more from their spares site when they finally arrived they were two different sizes took 6 futher e-mails and 2 phone calls to sort. nash were a breath of fresh air after that. dont own any of there luggage thought it looked pretty good will avoid cheers.
