The River Loddon at Riverside Park is approximately 800m running from Lower Earley Way to the George Pub. This venue was added to the ticket in June 2010 just before the start of the fishing season.
The River Loddon at Riverside Park is a Mixed Fishery with Carp to 20lb, Barbel 15lb, Chub to 7lb, Pike to 25lb, Bream, Perch Roach, Rudd and Eels.
There is no formal parking for Riverside Park. (Similar to Southlake, please ensure that you do not cause obstruction to home owners, members of the public and other road users.)
The River Loddon is one of Berkshire’s best kept secrets and is reported to hold amongst its shoals of Bream, Chub, Roach and Rudd some very large specimen Barbel.

PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE OVERHEAD CABLES RUNNING ACROSS THE RIVER ALONG OUR STRETCH OF THE RIVER LODDON AT RIVERSIDE PARK. IT IS OUR INTENTION TO NOT MAKE ANY SWIMS AVAILABLE FOR FISHING WITHIN THIS AREA AND WE WILL ENSURE THAT ANY SWIMS ARE WELL OUTSIDE OF THE “STANDARD GUIDELINES” OF 30 METRES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR MEMBERS. WE WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL MEMBERS FISHING THIS VENUE SHOULD FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH THE LOCATION OF THESE OVERHEADS CABLES AND ENSURE THEY FISH ONLY WITHIN THE SWIM AREAS THAT ARE MADE. ANY MEMBER FOUND TO BE MAKING THEIR OWN SWIMS AND/OR FISHING WITHIN THE RESTRICTED AREA OF THE OVERHEAD CABLES WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE THIER MEMBERSHIP WITHDRAWN.
